Position: Marketing Manager (Known internally as Brand and Campaign Manager)

Our Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager role is pivotal in delivering powerful local and national campaigns to increase customer awareness, brand equity and overall return on investment.
Key Duties:
To provide strategic direction for all brand creative, design and content.
Deliver tactical and brand campaigns across the full marketing mix to support overall business KPIs
Own and deliver our rolling calendar of tactical campaign activity aimed at maximising business KPI’s.
Shape and deliver the brand strategy via engaging and relevant communications.
Day to day management of campaigns, from concept to deployment, through to analytics and return on investment.
Raise our profile with existing customers and target customers, using existing segmentation model. Build brand equity and emotional connection with customers through each touchpoint.
Ensure brand consistency is delivered across all marketing output (local and national) acting as a guardian for the brand guidelines.
Align & prioritise activity, spend and resource with revenue opportunities and company business plan
Experience & Knowledge:
At least 3+ years experience in marketing
Solid understanding of full marketing mix, including online, offline and media planning.
Great understanding of lead generation, SEO, PPC, and CRM platform management
Skills & Abilities:
Strategic thinker, with the ability to apply creative thinking to develop and deliver strong and powerful campaigns, meeting overall business objectives
A natural leader who has an engaging, energetic personality who can influence change
Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills with key stakeholders, at all levels.
Solutions-focused team player, with a proactive, structured, ‘can-do’ approach to work
