Our Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager role is pivotal in delivering powerful local and national campaigns to increase customer awareness, brand equity and overall return on investment.

 

Key Duties:

  • To provide strategic direction for all brand creative, design and content.

  • Deliver tactical and brand campaigns across the full marketing mix to support overall business KPIs

  • Own and deliver our rolling calendar of tactical campaign activity aimed at maximising business KPI’s.

  • Shape and deliver the brand strategy via engaging and relevant communications.

  • Day to day management of campaigns, from concept to deployment, through to analytics and return on investment.

  • Raise our profile with existing customers and target customers, using existing segmentation model. Build brand equity and emotional connection with customers through each touchpoint.

  • Ensure brand consistency is delivered across all marketing output (local and national) acting as a guardian for the brand guidelines.

  • Align & prioritise activity, spend and resource with revenue opportunities and company business plan

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 3+ years experience in marketing

  • Solid understanding of full marketing mix, including online, offline and media planning.

  • Great understanding of lead generation, SEO, PPC, and CRM platform management

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to apply creative thinking to develop and deliver strong and powerful campaigns, meeting overall business objectives

  • A natural leader who has an engaging, energetic personality who can influence change

  • Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills with key stakeholders, at all levels.

  • Solutions-focused team player, with a proactive, structured, ‘can-do’ approach to work
