Position: Food and Beverage Manager

 

Location: Orpington Golf Centre, Cray Ruxley, Sandy Ln, Orpington, BR5 3HY

 

Salary: circa £27,000 p.a. Plus Benefits

 

Job Type: 40 Hours Fixed term until the end of December

Key duties:

  • To be an integral part of the Food and Beverage team that provides an exciting, healthy, innovative, quality operation.
  • To manage the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations in order to maximise business opportunities in line with the company business plan.
  • To be responsible for the provision of food & beverage operations at the golf course,  including breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and ad-hoc requests.
  • Support & Manage the food and beverage assistants in the Kitchen area.
  • Maintain effective control of food and beverage services on site by checking daily stock levels 
  • Weekly or monthly audits of hygiene standards and working practices  

Please note: will need to be able to work early mornings and late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
