About the role:

 

The role of a HR Coordinator is to

  • Assist with the employee life cycle,
  • Support with the learning & development activities
  • Respond to HR queries and assist with the payroll administration.

Specifically

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of HR and learning & development administration
  • Maintain and manage the HR and L&D systems, procedures and records ensuring accuracy and compliance, and upholding a high standard of customer service;

Timely production of payroll administration to ensure employee pay is accurate every month

 

 Experience

  • Previous experience within an HR environment essential;
  • Good general administration experience;
  • Significant experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and HR/L&D databases
  • Working in a busy environment with tasks that require a short turnaround;
