To deliver, develop and support drive Mytime Active’s Food and Beverage business, by delivering a service which significantly contributes to the strategic aims and objectives by managing the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations in order to maximise business opportunities in line with the company business plan.
You will be an integral part of the Food and Beverage team that provides an exciting, healthy, innovative, quality operation in order to create demand which meets customer needs whilst increasing profitability.
You will assist the Golf Food and Beverage Manager with all food and beverage business and take full responsibility in managers absence.
Main Duties include but are not limited to:
Organise staff rotas
Control all ordering and deliveries of goods
Maintain effective control of Food & Beverage services on site
Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with all food and beverage business and take full responsibility for food and beverage operation in the absence of the food and beverage Manager
Prepare and cook food in accordance with the Food Hygiene Regulations 2006, The Food Safety Act 1990 and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
Adhere to the food safety management procedures, Hazard Analysis and Critical Points (HACCP) principles
Assist the Chef and Assistant Chef with all function catering requirements
Ensure that food and beverage procedures outlined in the QMS are adhered to
Ensure tight control of stock and minimise wastage Maintain effective control of food and beverage services on site by checking daily stock levels
Being aware of all Health & Safety issues, constantly implementing and assessing procedures, and drawing attention to any useful practices
Any other duties as may be required, commensurate with the grading and responsibility of the post.
To promote the Food & Beverage offering via effective quarterly sales plans and food and beverage promotional offerings to achieve income targets
Ensure adherence to cash handling and finance procedures.
To maintain all appropriate records, systems and financial procedures in accordance with the Company guidelines.
To assist in maintaining accurate records of income/attendances, so as to provide full audit and transaction records in accordance with Mytime’s financial regulations.
Ensure the food and beverage service meets business needs
Generate additional revenue by upselling additional products and services
Ensure that all food and beverage staff deliver excellent customer service as defined;
Supervise the food and beverage team to ensure a smooth running of daily operations.
Assist in the development and delivery of staff training which is consistent with business needs;
Ensure that food and beverage staff adhere to safety and general procedures as outlined in the QMS;
